Dr. Koby Frances is Assistant Professor and Chairperson of Psychology at Touro College South in Miami Beach. He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The City University of New York, where he specialized in adult and adolescent psychodynamic psychotherapy with a variety of psychological disorders and adjustment issues. He also holds a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) from New York University. He has previously taught at The City College of New York and Yeshiva University as well as at the University of Indianapolis’ Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology. His research interests include psychology and religion, psychoanalytic theory and issues of intimacy and relationships in single adults. Dr. Frances is also in private practice where he provides psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children. His areas of expertise includes anxiety, depression and self-esteem. He has practiced in a variety of clinical settings and has experience in providing psycho-educational consultation to Orthodox Jewish institutions.

Hyman Eisenstein received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Health Sciences Chicago Medical School. Dr. Eisenstein completed a Post-Doctoral Internship in Clinical Neuropsychology at West Haven Veterans Affairs/Yale University Medical School. He is currently a Diplomat of the American Board of Professional Neuropsychology. Dr. Eisenstein works as a Psychologist & Neuropsychologist in private practice, performing psychological & neuropsychological evaluations, and seeing patients in psychotherapy.

Esther Eisenstein received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. She completed a full time Internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital, and currently works as a Psychologist in private practice. Dr. Eisenstein performs neuropsychological evaluations of adolescents & adults, and sees patients in psychotherapy.

Mr. Hod Tamir, MA is an adjunct instructor both at Touro College South and at Florida International University (FIU) where he teaches Developmental and Experimental Psychology. He holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently completing his doctorate in Developmental Psychology at Florida International University. Mr. Tamir’s research interests include adolescent development, emerging adulthood, and relationship satisfaction.
