New York State public health law 2165 states that all students born after January 1st, 1957 must document immunity to Measles, Mumps and Rubella.
New York State public health law 2167 states that colleges must inform their students about meningococcal meningitis and the vaccine that protects them against most strains of the disease that can occur on college campuses. Students must make an informed decision as to whether they have received the Meningitis vaccine or have declined to receive it.
Mumps. Measles, Rubella (MMR)
Proper immunization includes 1 dose of MMR and a follow-up measles vaccine or a second MMR. Students also have the option of obtaining a serology test that indicates immunity to Mumps, Measles (Rubeola), and Rubella (German Measles)

Meningococcal Meningitis
All students are required to decide whether or not to be immunized for Meningitis and to provide formal confirmation of their decision by submitting Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccination Response Form

All documentation regarding immunization must be sent directly to the Registrar Office
Failure to comply with the state immunization law will result in denial of registration privileges.
We advise that you keep a copy of your completed immunization forms and bring them with you to the campus in the event there has been a problem with receipt of your information.
