These courses are non-degree, non-matriculated, graduate level courses that are equivalent to those offered during the first year of an MSW program of classes. The courses available to non-matriculated students are designed to reach two groups of students who are not currently served by the Touro College Graduate School of Social Work:
- Students who are interested in social work but just want to take a couple of classes to investigate the field of social work or an MSW course of study.
- Students whose eligibility for admission to a full or part-time MSW program would be enhanced by taking non-matriculated courses.
All students who apply for these courses should be aware that admission to Touro College’s Graduate School of Social Work non-matriculated courses does not guarantee later acceptance as a matriculated student into a degree or certificate program at Touro College or any other institution of higher education
Courses for non-matriculated students are offered in the fall and spring semesters. For more information, please call 877-MSW-TOURO.
