Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine may accept transfer students from other medical colleges approved by the Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA), providing these students are in good academic standing and have acceptable reasons for seeking a transfer. Approval is granted only to those desiring to transfer in as second- or third- year students. The last two years of instruction must be completed at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine if the student expects to be granted a DO degree from the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine. Candidates for transfer must be eligible for re-admission to the previously attended college of medicine. Please refer to the College Catalog.
