Transcripts

Enrolled students can receive an unofficial copy of their transcripts after grades have been posted at the conclusion of each semester, and thereafter whenever a grade change occurs. In order to request an official transcript, a written request must be submitted to the Registrar. A form for such a request is available from the Registrar's Office. There is a $10.00 fee for each transcript requested. The transcript is official only when it bears the signature of the Registrar. Transcripts may be withheld from students who are delinquent in their financial obligations to the College, or any of its affiliated hospitals or clinics. If the College has knowledge that a student or graduate is in default on any federal, state, outside agency institutional loan or service obligation, the College will withhold all official transcripts, National Board scores, and letters of recommendations for internships, residencies, employment, staff privileges, specialty certification and licensing.
