The Flatbush Women’s
Division of the Lander College is uniquely suited for highly motivated
students who wish to earn a meaningful, goal-oriented baccalaureate degree
while studying in a supportive Jewish environment.
At its Flatbush Division Touro enables women of our community to
complete a high quality education, developing the competencies and attaining
the credentials necessary for professional employment in a specialized and
competitive career world.
A Modern Campus

uilt as a state-of-the-art facility, Touros Flatbush Campus at
Avenue J and East 16 Street, in the Midwood section of Brooklyn, opened in 1995. In
September 1997, The New York State Education Department officially designated this site as
The Flatbush Branch Campus of Touro College.
This seven story modern campus includes an entire floor of science laboratories
(biology, chemistry and physics), three computer laboratories, twenty-five spacious
classrooms, the college library and two library reading rooms, a student lounge, and
service and support offices, including the office of the registrar, the counseling and
placement center, and academic department offices.
Conveniently adjacent to subway and bus transportation, the Touro Flatbush Campus is
accessible from all areas of Brooklyn, and can be reached easily from Queens and
Manhattan, as well as from Long Island and Rockland County.
