Procedures
Registration
First semester students must register in person with Lyuba Fridman, Assistant Program Director. Students registering for their second or later semesters, should do so online by logging into TC Web, but may also contact Mrs. Fridman for advisement. Please Note: 35 percent of the total semester's tution and fees is due at the time of registration.
Getting Your Certification
When you are ready to complete the program, or have graduated, you may take the Educational Technology Specialist CST (071) Certification Exam to qualify for your professional certification. For instrucitons on how to apply to take the exam, read the New York State Teacher Certification Examinations Preparation Guide. For other questions, pertaining to certification, which are not addressed in the guide, contact Mr. Jay Lefkowitz.
Graduation
Students who are entering their last semester and are anticipating graduation should:
- Download and fill out the Application for Graduation form.
- Bring the signed form to the Bursar Office along with payment for the graduation fee, to obtain clearance.
- Submit the signed form to Mrs. Fridman, who will transmit it to the Office of the Registrar for processing.

Tuition Refund
A student wishing to withdraw from classes must notify the Administration of the Graduate School of Technology and the Office of the Registrar by filling out an Add/Drop form. On approved applications, the following refund schedule will apply:
| Before the opening of class | 100% tuition |
| No later than the first class session | 90% tuition |
| No later than the second class session | 75% tuition |
| No later than the third class session | 50% tution |
| No later than the fourth class session | 25% tuition |
| After the fourth class session | no refund |
