- Official transcripts of your undergraduate and/or graduate Studies.
(Minimum grade point average of 3.0)
- Copy of your provisional or initial NYS certification in Education (Any subject area).
- Application for admission (click on the link to download the application)
- Immunization record.
- Two letters of reference from employers and/or professors.
- Personal statement of your goals and objectives (According to application guidelines).
- One sample of representative academic work selected by the applicant (i.e., undergraduate/graduate writing project or research essay)
