Graduation Deadlines and Dates for Academic Year 2012 - 2013

Graduation Procedure:

• As soon as you REGISTER for your last course, please see Pascale Elghanayan (Room 309) to check your status and grades on the system.
• Application for Graduation and the Graduation Fee ($200.00) must be submitted by November 15 for January 2012, May 1 for June 2012, and July 15 for September 2012

• No late applications will be accepted.

• Prior to the Application Deadline, please follow-up with Ms. Elghanayan to make sure that your application has been successfully processed.

JUNE 2012 GRADUATES
GRADUATION APPLICATIONS ARE DUE:
Tuesday May 1, 2012

Application must be hand delivered or sent via certified mail to:

All Spring 2012 course work must be completed by the last day of class.
Failure to complete course work by the last day of class or, submission of applications past the due date will result in being processed for September 2012 graduation.

If you are applying for certification through Touro College please apply on line and follow enclosed instructions:

• Reminder: NY State Dept. of Education is no longer accepting paper applications. All students seeking certification must apply on-line. Payment of application fees on-line requires using a credit card or use of printable coupon to be mailed with money order(s). ($50.00 for each license that you wish to apply for.) See on-line application instructions that maybe found inside this packet.
• Students who completed the SBL program should be applying for Initial School Building
• Leadership license: Students who completed the SDL program should be applying for Initial School Building Leadership license and Professional School District Leadership license
• Review the graduation check-list before submitting the package
