Requirements for Admission
Basic Requirements:
- The applicant must have an undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a minimum of a B average.
- Applicants must have completed undergraduate courses in chemistry, biology, earth science and mathematics. Students deficient in any of these areas may be accepted into the program if they resolve these deficiencies during the course of their studies.
- The applicant must submit the results of their most recent Graduate Record Exam (Educational Testing Services, Princeton, New Jersey).
- The applicant is required to be interviewed by a faculty member within the program.
Transfer Credits:
Students who have completed graduate courses at other regionally accredited institutions, or their equivalent, may transfer up to 6 credits upon evaluation by the Program Director or Assistant Director.

Touro College is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), 3624 Market Street, Philadelphia, Pa. and is chartered by the Board of Regents of the State of New York. The MSCHE is an institutional accrediting agency recognized be the United States Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education.
