To apply, please submit the following documents:

• $50 application fee
• Application form
• Official transcripts of all college/university undergraduate and graduate course work and degrees awarded
• Two letters of recommendation
• Personal statement of goals and objectives
• Copies of New York State teacher certification (or teacher certification from another state)
