To apply, submit the following documents:
- $50 application fee payable to Touro College
- Proof of completion of a graduate degree in health or education from an accredited professional program/academic institution; or currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in health or education from an accredited professional program/academic institution; or licensed/certified health or education professional (Copies of licensure or certificate required.)
- Official graduate school(s) transcripts
- Application form
- Statement of applicant's goals and objectives
- Two letters of reference: at least one from a licensed health or education professional
- Personal or telephone interview with program director
NOTE: Proof of immunization as required under NYS Health Law prior to registration. For immunization forms and further information, visit the Touro College website at www.touro.edu/immune (Fax or US Mail)
