How to apply
The Graduate School welcomes applications from all qualified candidates who hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. International candidates who hold the equivalent of a U.S. bachelors' degree are also encouraged to apply.
An application is considered complete and ready for review when all required materials have been received. Full instructions are provided in the Application for Admission booklet.
Forms
Immunizations. Evidence of MMR immunizations is required before accepted students may register for classes, in accordance with New York State regulations. We recommend you submit this with your application package. Forms and guidance are available at: http://www.touro.edu/registrar/immunization.asp
Non-Matriculated (Non-Degree) Application
Applicants who are not seeking a graduate degree or certificate can apply for non-degree student status using the non-matriculated application form. Non-degree study provides an opportunity to investigate a new career path, or to meet state certification requirements for teachers.
When to apply
You are encouraged to submit your application before the dates below to allow ample time for application review and registration. Later applications will be considered if there are openings in the program.

International Applicants
International qualifications. Transcripts from non-US colleges must be evaluated by a private evaluation agency before an applicant can be considered for graduate study. Evaluations include a course-by-course analysis indicating the US equivalency of the degree, which helps us better understand your educational background and academic credentials. Touro College only accepts evaluations from agencies accredited by the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services, listed at http://www.naces.org/members.htm. We recommend that you allow plenty of time between the evaluation and the application deadline, especially if you are currently residing outside of the United States and require a student visa.
Visa: When completing your application for admission, please be sure to use your full, legal name as it appears on your passport. The use of any other names, such as nicknames, will cause serious delays in applying for your US visa. All international applicants must have an international address as their permanent address. All mail from the Office of Graduate Admissions will be sent to your mailing address, but you must also include a permanent, international address to receive your visa.
