The Office of the Bursar also handles refunds due to overpayment or as proceeds of your loans. All refunds are issued within 14 days of the credit balance. If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded. If you paid by check, a refund check will be mailed to you. In some cases attendance must be verified before the release of your check in which case you will receive a notice in the mail. It is important that your address be updated at all times by the Office of the Registrar.
Attendance Verification Form (.pdf)* The Attendance Verification Form is required for undergraduate students in receipt of Federal Title IV funds (Pell, SEOG and/or Federal Direct Loans) whom are expecting refunds as a direct result of proceeds of the Federal funds. This form must be completed and signed by three instructors whom can verify your attendance and is needed once a semester.
