- WHAT COURSES SHOULD A NEW STUDENT REGISTER FOR IN THEIR FIRST SEMESTER?
The best general answer is that you must first attend college orientation and take the English and mathematics placement exams. Touro students typically take several courses in their major as well as basic skills courses (college writing, math, computer applications) during their first semester.
