GLSEN (Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network) http://www.glsen.org National organization fighting to end antigay bias. Extensive resources for creating safer schools.

Ingersoll Gender Center http://www.ingersollcenter.org Supports transgendered individuals by providing support, education, advocacy, and informational resources.

The Trevor Project www.thetrevorproject.org The leading national  organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among LGBTQ youth. Offers 24/7 crisis and suicide prevention helpline. Includes TrevorSpace a social networking site for LGBTQ youth and allies.

God Loves Each One Ministry http://www.godloveseachone.org Resources for people of faith eager to create a new dialogue about sexual orientation and gender differences in their family or congregation.

OutProud http://www.outproud.org The National Coalition for gay, lesbian, bisexual & transgender youth, contains online informational publications and information about nationwide advocacy efforts for educators and LGBT youth.

Rainbow Alliance of the Deaf www.rad.org Promotes educational, economical, and social welfare for the deaf LGBT community.

PFLAG (Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) www.pflag.org Provides support and educational materials for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender individuals, allies, and families.

Colage www.colage.org A national movement of children, youth, and adults with one or more lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and/or queer parents. This group focuses on building community and working toward social justice through youth empowerment, leadership development, education, and advocacy.

Youth Resource www.youthresource.com Youth Resource is a website by and for LGBTQ youth. Takes a holistic approach to sexual health and exploring issues of concern.

National Youth Advocacy Coalition www.nyacyouth.org A social justice organization that advocates for and with young people who are LGBTQ in an effort to end discrimination and to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.

GLBT National Youth Talkline http://www.glnh.org/talkline/index.html LGBTQ national hotline, talkline, and peer to peer chat (IM). Provides telephone and IM peer-counseling, as well as factual information and local resources across the United States.

Oasis Magazine www.oasismag.com A website where GLBTQ youth can post their own journals and chat with other youth on a wide range of topics.

Lambda Legal http://www.lambdalegal.org/publications/out-safe-respected Contains Out, Safe and, Respected which is designed to help you know your rights at school and make sure they're respected.
