Fraida Leah Biderman

Touro College Liberal Arts and Science
Flatbush, Brooklyn

Ms. Fraida Leah Biderman entered Touro College in 1997 with credits received from Machon in Israel. Fraida Leah was interested in computers, and she majored in MIS (Management Information Systems). Upon successful completion, she received her B.S. degree in June 2000.

During our interview, Fraida Leah had the following to say:

The courses of the Computer Science Department were informative and skillfully taught by the faculty. I felt that I was prepared properly for my major. What I especially liked about Touro was the close interaction among students, faculty, and administration. I found the faculty and administration to be helpful and most accessible.

While I was still a student, I met my husband, Chaim Yisroel Stefansky. We moved to Lakewood, where my husband learns, and I car-pooled with other wives to Touro in Brooklyn. Baruch Ha Shem, that phase is over, and I graduated. Both my husband and I and our new addition, Yehuda, would like to say hello to my friends and fellow alumni. I can be reached via e-mail at:

I would like to thank Touro College and its administration for the personal attention, professional guidance and advice that I received during my years at Touro. I hope that my fellow Alumni and current students will take advantage of all that Touro has to offer.
